  • Our fronting team reviews the submission to verify the details provided: first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Verification and transfer

Once the information is confirmed, the fronting team transfers the call to our verification team. The verification team confirms additional details to ensure accuracy and eligibility:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Mailing address
  • Social security information and income source (applies if relevant, such as disability, retirement, or veterans benefits)
  • Banking information (traditional bank or credit union)
  • Medical eligibility questions (e.g., presence of severe medical conditions)

Although the leads are transferred to you through our double verification process, a member of quality control will stay with you on the call for the first 120 seconds so you can personally determine if the lead meets your specifications. If you do not stay on the call at least 120 seconds, you will not be charged. At the 120 second mark, all personal details of the customer (ex: full name, date of birth, phone, email, mailing address) will be emailed to you. Any attempt to collect personal contact details during the first 120 seconds will result in a charge, even if you hang up within the 120 seconds.

If longer than 120 seconds is a requirement for your organization, it may be offered on a custom basis.

Prospects are directed to a landing page where they request more information through expert Google Ad campaigns. Prospects must submit their details where they agree to be contacted.

We currently market to the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV as well as the District of Columbia.

However, if there are additional states not listed, you may request them. There may be a minimum number of states your organization is required to be licensed in depending on the requested number of live transfers.

Typically prospects are called back within 1–2 business days of the request for information, but in cases of high volume, up to 5 business days.

All prospects must fill out a website contact form and check a box for TCPA compliance. The Jornaya LeadID token may be requested in cases where the lead source has come into question by carriers or other authorities. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to send the requisite information to your company, although we will make every effort to get you the information as quickly as possible.

All phone numbers are filtered through The Black List Alliance in order to adhere to all TCPA and DNC compliance requirements.

We operate Monday – Saturday* between 7 AM PST to 5 PM PST on 4 shifts:

  • Shift 1: 7 AM to 9 AM (2 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 9:15 AM to 11 AM (1 hr 45 min)
  • Shift 3: 12 PM to 2:45 PM (2 hrs 45 min)
  • Shift 4: 3 PM to 5 PM (2 hrs)

*Some Saturdays may not be available as well as some weekdays due to holidays. Occasionally, some days/shifts of usual operation will become unavailable without advance notice due to technical or other difficulties.

Although we strive to meet your exact requirements on a daily basis, lead flow will be higher some days and lower on other days as is the nature of advertising.

We’ll send an invoice for the amount of qualified leads received based on the pay period you specify. Payment is due within three business days from the time the invoice is sent.
